We’re looking for someone who: Minimize downtime and increase manufacturing productivity

• Develop the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system – preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance
• Analyze breakdowns and downtime, and propose corrective actions
• Improve equipment and production line availability
• Collaborate on spare parts strategy and with suppliers Deputize for the Maintenance Manager on an occasional basis
• Participate in preparing documentation for TPM evaluations (DBPS)

What sets you apart

High school or University degree in a technical/engineering field Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment (TPM is an advantage)

• Ability to analyze problems and identify root causes Proactive approach and a drive for continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills (both internal and with suppliers) Czech and English for daily communication
