Compensation & Benefits Shift 3 Schedule

Friday-Sunday 5:30 am-6:00 pm, overtime based on business needs Starting pay $ 18.50/hr + 1.50 shift 3 differential $500 employee referral bonus Annual merit increases

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
• Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified)
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience a plus

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Basic math and organizational skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
