Key Responsibilities

Professionally handle customer queries, orders, and requests via email and phone

• Process and manage customer orders using DHL and customer systems
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries
• Support customers and warehouses in day-to-day operations
• Investigate shipment issues, delivery exceptions, and other operational cases
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, warehouses, and IT teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery
• Manage and resolve customer and internal escalations
• Maintain high-quality communication and customer satisfaction standards
• Support knowledge sharing and provide on-the-job guidance to colleagues when required Requirements Fluency in English Willingness to work in shifts and weekends Experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel Customer-focused mindset with the ability to follow established processes and procedures What do we offer?
