Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory management. Ensure achievement of operational KPIs such as productivity, service level, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and on-time dispatch. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, cost reduction, quality enhancement, and operational efficiency.

Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet daily operational requirements. Monitor adherence to DHL Supply Chain policies, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance standards. Lead and develop supervisors and warehouse personnel through coaching, performance management, and talent development programs. Ensure strict implementation of Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) standards.

Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to address operational issues, implement solutions, and maintain strong business relationships. Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support decision-making and performance reviews. Support site budget management, cost control initiatives, and productivity improvement programs. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.

Drive employee engagement and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

At least 5-8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations. Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role within a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics operation. Experience handling large-scale warehouse operations and customer-facing accounts is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and people management skills. Proven experience in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control. Knowledge of supply chain, distribution, transportation, and warehouse best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement methodologies is an advantage.

Other Requirements

Willing to be assigned and work on-site in Liloan Cebu Distribution Center . Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays when business operations require. Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service excellence.
