DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for Sales support in Morocco. In this role, you will, under supervision, support sales plans and processes to achieve business growth, profitability, and customer retention goals within a defined territory, in alignment with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines, and policies.

In this Sales support position You will, under supervision, support sales sub-function plans and processes to deliver business growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer retention within a defined area/territory, in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines, and company policies. You will undertake generally repetitive tasks to implement sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution plans.

You will comply with established procedures to reconcile sales, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas and discrepancies. You will assist in identifying and reporting improvement opportunities based on pipeline reporting, in collaboration with the Sales Effectiveness team. You will verify and analyze market trends and customer requirements and support the translation of products/services into solutions that meet customer needs.

You will, under supervision, provide administrative support in managing sales support processes and tools to ensure sales force effectiveness
