Continuous Improvement Manager

What will be your job? Collect and analyse systems and operational data to understand inefficiencies.

Provide recommendation s to improve operational efficiency and reduce cost. Analyse discrepancies and design procedures to reduce or eliminate site impact. Conduct feasibility analyses on processes and equipment to propose effective solutions. Calculate cost-benefit, identify business impacts, and propose solutions. Collaborate with customers to identify cost-effective reductions in process, resource, and supplier material.

Establish norms and standards of company performance. Monitor staff performance and organizational processes. Communicate ideas and opinions to other members of management. Lead and guide team members in new processes, and stay up-to-date with developments in management and process optimization.

Stakeholder Management

Cultivating relationships with both external and internal partners to drive collaborative success and satisfaction. What we need? Minimum of three years' experience in process optimization, operations, or business management – as advantage would be Automotive or Production background. Experience in multinational environments and a preferred background in automation. Fluent in English with strong business communication skills.

Lean mindset with expertise in AutoCAD and layout design. Experience with MTM or similar design methodologies. Demonstrates advanced proficiency in MS Office , especially Excel. A strategic and analytical mindset , with excellent communication and presentation skills. Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Leadership and mentoring skills, with the confidence to lead organizational change.
