We're now seeking an experienced Warehouse Flow Room Manager to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey. ✅ WHAT YOU'LL DO Leading and managing a team of Flow Room

• Leads and Controllers Monitoring warehouse automation systems, alarms and control room activities Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation performance, productivity and service delivery Working closely with Warehouse Control System (WCS) Engineers, IT teams and automation providers to resolve operational issues Ensuring all system-generated issues are identified, resolved and escalated appropriately. ✅ THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO Previous experience managing operational, control room or automation teams within a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment Experience working with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or warehouse automation technologies
• Strong people management and leadership experience Experience analysing operational data and producing management reports. ✅ WHY JOIN US?
