We're now looking for a First Line Manager to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success. ✅ A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE Manage the day-to-day allocation and deployment of cleaning teams utilising the PDA system linked to INFORM Set clear priorities for the Cabin Quality Supervisor

• Take responsibility for operational performance during the shift, i.e. training plans and quality
• Ensure shift briefs are delivered for all cleaning teams and operational priorities are communicated effectively Responsible for managing colleagues including all people processes (RTWs, absence, disciplinary issues, performance management).

Oversee the deployment of the cleaning teams to meet the flight schedule and ensure that Cat 1 waste processes are carried out and aircraft are supplied with the correct stock. Ensure shortages and surplus items are dealt with Manage stakeholder relationships during the shift. Deal with any queries and complaints and escalate to the
