Shift patterns

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday rotational 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm Location: Worksop - S80 3EG Join our team at Manton Wood - Site 4 as a Warehouse First Line Manager and play a key role in a fast-paced, high-performing operation. • Coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring effective task allocation, resource management and productivity performance Communicate KPIs, SLAs and operational priorities through regular team briefs and engagement sessions Champion a strong safety culture by maintaining Health & Safety standards and compliance across the operation
• Support colleague development, continuous improvement projects and employee relations activities to build a high-performing team ✅ THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO Previous experience leading or supervising teams within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment is essential
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, motivate and build effective working relationships at all levels
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment Experience working within an automated FMCG warehousing operation would be advantageous ✅ WHY JOIN US?
