Business Development Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies for designated business areas in alignment with company objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to identify new business opportunities. Drive revenue growth through targeted business development initiatives and sales strategies. Design and deliver tailored logistics solutions that address customer requirements and create business value.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective project execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and strategic stakeholders. Lead the management and successful closure of large-scale business opportunities by developing and implementing winning strategies. Oversee business development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.

Monitor business performance, evaluate results, and implement continuous improvement actions to maximize growth. Strengthen DHL Express Turkey’s market position by driving sustainable growth and owning strategic business development opportunities end-to-end.

• Own the acquisition of new strategic accounts by developing targeted penetration plans, engaging key decision-makers, and securing high-value business opportunities aligned with DHL Express Turkey's growth ambitions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree graduation
• Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English.

Strong analytical thinking skills with excellent planning and organizational abilities. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Comfortable communicating with diverse individuals. Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in challenging circumstances and environments.
