In this Operations Coordinator position

• Support administration of operations plans and processes to achieve the set objectives of customer, service, quality and financial for orders/ customers
• Administer assigned operational activities related to receiving, handling and dispatching stations and registered mailings
• Deploy available capacities for optimal utilization and provide operational support to manage orders via the system
• Receive, execute and update orders via the system Undertake delivery of cartage tours within the standards set for tour profitability, service quality and timelines Retrieve stored information, place orders or respond to enquiries such as inventory levels or delivery schedules
• Report issues, exceptions and events during execution of operational activities
• Collaborate with inbound/ outbound dispatcher and cartage driver to resolve issues, ensure service quality and timelines Interface with customer service and warehouse clerks to ensure delivery as per set standards
• Process information, maintain accurate and timely records, and monitor driver daily logs for errors Comply with set policies and statutory obligations and legislation related to safety, health, security environment & quality
• Resolve recurring issues and suggest modifications in operations processes and systems to increase effectiveness and efficiency May provide functional guidance, advice or training to less experienced positions Now, here is what we need from you!
