Responsibilities

Leads regular cycle counts and full physical audits to reconcile system records with physical stock. Analyzes sales patterns and customer trends to determine reorder points and avoid stockouts or overstocking.

• Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) like turnover rates and shrinkage, then prepares detailed reports for senior management. : Implements new procedures, such as FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or updated Warehouse Management for Open Systems (WMOS), to improve operational flow and reduce costs
• Monitors, updates and reconcile IRA Managed people and other resources requirements
• Provides Operations status, reports and analysis Create SOP and WI and deployed to the team Requirements A minimum of 2 years' experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Operations Has experience on People Management Has experience on Customer Management Has experience on Order booking and management Has strong and good leadership and analytical skills Can work in minimum supervision Has flexibility the support the task of the team if needed Has good attendance record Has advance skill on using microsoft applications esp. excel.
