We are looking for an experienced Leading Hand, or Storeperson to step up into a Leading Hand role.

Your duties will include: Leading a team to ensure objectives are communicated, and KPI’s achieved on a daily basis

• Ensure operational performance across functions including inbound, outbound, picking/packing, and inventory Customer interaction including maintaining good working relationships and responding to all enquiries in a timely manner Maintaining stock integrity in warehouse including adhering to DHL policies and procedures Following safe work practices and work instructions

High Reach, Counter

• Balance and/or Double Deep (highly desirable)
• Proven customer facing experience with the ability to deliver superior customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership skills WMS experience – including exposure to the various functions Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Excel The career possibilities at DHL are endless.
