Senior Manager, Field Sales

Job description

Main Accountabilities

• Develops sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets.
• Responsible for conducting high quality presentation of the entire range of standardized products to customers.
• Establish and present customized offers to customers.
• Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures.
• Adhere to approved credit limits granted to customers and enforce previously agreed payment terms.
• Collect and filter the market information and report to Branch Manager.
• Assist Field Sales on business development and analyze customer demand to set up sales strategy.
• Follow up company strategy/product and fulfill as team coordinator.
• Assist in account receivable issues.
• Maintain good communication and working relationship with other functions.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards in line with corporate instructions.
