DHL Global Forwarding – Morocco has an opening for a Sales Support where you will, under supervision, support sales sub‑function plans and processes to drive business growth, profitability, and enhance customer retention for a defined area or territory, in line with the business strategy, financial objectives, and Group guidelines and policies.

In this Sales Support position You will, under supervision, support sales sub‑function plans and processes to deliver business growth, profitability, and enhance customer retention for a defined area or territory, in line with business strategy, financial objectives, and Group guidelines and policies. You will undertake generally repetitive tasks to implement sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution plans.

You will comply with established procedures to reconcile sales, revenues, and costs against forecasts in order to identify problem areas. You will assist in reporting improvement areas based on pipeline reporting in collaboration with Sales Effectiveness. You will verify and process market trends and customer requirements and support the translation of products/services into solutions that meet customer needs. You will, under supervision, provide administrative support to manage sales support processes and tools to ensure sales force effectiveness.
