Data Analyst Quality Management Specialist

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Quality & Data Specialist to join our team and help drive process optimization, quality assurance, and automation initiatives across our HR Shared Services environment. What will you do? Analyze complex datasets and derive actionable quality improvement measures.

Support internal and external audits across various operational locations. Prepare and analyze quality metrics to support management decision-making and strategic planning. Conduct process observations to identify quality improvement and optimization opportunities. Develop, implement, and maintain system-supported and automated testing solutions. Ensure the quality and continuous improvement of existing and future virtual assistants.

Facilitate workshops, deliver presentations, and drive stakeholder engagement. Collaborate on cross-functional projects and digitalization initiatives. What are we looking for? Experience in quality management, process improvement, analytics, or a similar role. Excellent communication skills in German, you will work with German colleagues. Communicative English language skills Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis especially in Excel.

Experience with Celonis. Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and process optimization. Proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong stakeholder management skills.
