For this Site Supervisor position Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Management : Oversee inbound, storage, order picking, packing, and outbound activities. Ensure daily warehouse operations are executed efficiently and according to established procedures. Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization. Ensure customer service requirements and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock integrity. Manage cycle counts and annual physical inventories. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Team Leadership and People Management

Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team. Set performance objectives and monitor employee productivity. Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE)

Ensure full compliance with company and legal health and safety requirements. Promote a safe working environment and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Conduct safety inspections and support incident investigations. Ensure warehouse security standards are maintained. Performance and Continuous Improvement Monitor and report warehouse KPIs. Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.

Drive Continuous Improvement, and First Choice initiatives. Support productivity and cost optimization projects. Customer Service and Stakeholder Management Lead and supervise the teams responsible for day-to-day customer interactions and service delivery. Ensure customer requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational commitments are consistently met. Monitor customer service performance and drive corrective actions when necessary.

Required Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Logistics. Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience. Experience managing operational teams within a logistics or supply chain environment.
