06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00, rotating or fixed Location: Skelmersdale New customer. New operation. Exciting opportunity. We're looking for an experienced First Line Manager to join us on a fixed-term contract , playing a key role in the implementation and launch of an exciting new customer operation. You'll join at a pivotal time, helping to build the operation from the ground up, embed new ways of working and create an engaged, high-performing team.

If you enjoy fast-paced environments, leading through change and having the opportunity to make your mark, this is a fantastic chance to gain valuable implementation experience. Full training and support will be provided to help you get up to speed with the operation, customer and relevant systems. ✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE Leading, engaging and developing colleagues to deliver against operational priorities

Supporting the implementation of the new customer operation and embedding new processes and ways of working Managing day-to-day performance across safety, quality, service and productivity Using operational data and systems to identify issues, make decisions and keep the operation on track Working closely with colleagues, managers and customer stakeholders to deliver a successful operation ✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO Have previous people management or operational leadership experience
