We're now looking for a Training & Resourcing Manager ✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE Lead all site training activities, ensuring colleagues remain compliant with mandatory, refresher, and operational training requirements.

Manage and develop a team of Operational Trainers, driving a culture of continuous learning and development. Work closely with the Resourcing Team, agencies, and operational stakeholders to deliver recruitment plans and support onboarding activities. Develop and maintain annual training plans, training schedules, and performance reports to meet business needs and compliance standards. Partner with operational and senior leadership teams to identify future recruitment and training requirements, providing guidance and support across the site. ✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO Experience working within a Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehousing environment.

Previous experience leading or coordinating training activities. Recruitment, resourcing, or workforce planning experience is desirable. E-commerce fulfilment experience is beneficial but not essential. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across operational and support teams. ✅WHY JOIN US?
