Tasks What you’ll do
- Analyze operational scenarios, user needs and business processes within the aviation industry
- Gather, document, organize and refine both functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business and operational needs into clear, actionable specifications for development and testing
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, researchers, developers and other team members in an international environment
- Support the design, implementation and validation of solutions to ensure they meet user and operational requirements Continuously improve analysis methods, documentation quality and ways of working within the team Requirements What you’ll bring: Aviation background (education or hands-on in flight planning/operations) Good knowledge of flight planning, briefing docs, airline operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience as Business Analyst or motivation to develop in this area
- Ability to translate operational needs into requirements for development/testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills Fluent English (B2/C1) Willingness to work hybrid (2 days/week in Gdańsk)

Business Analyst experience in IT projects Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence Familiarity with APIs, data flows, system integration Polish language skills What do we offer?
