Now, we’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to guide a software team (20 experts), driving product impact (30–40% tech) and team growth (60–70% leadership). Tasks Your responsibilities
Supporting the development team in achieving sprint and PI objectives within Scrum and SAFe frameworks Mentoring team members through regular one-on-one meetings, providing constructive feedback, and coaching Monitoring the quality of delivered solutions, identifying and removing technical impediments Addressing interpersonal and technical issues, mediating conflicts, when necessary Collaborating with other Team Leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders from the Digital Hangar ecosystem Co-creating and implementing employee development paths (performance reviews, promotions, development plans) Motivating the team and fostering engagement, while promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members Requirements What you’ll bring:
- Minimum
- 5 years of experience as a Team Leader / Tech Leader in software development teams (leading teams of min. 10 experts including software developers, devops engineers, scrum masters, PO, etc.) Minimum
- 5 years of hands-on technical experience (backend/frontend/devops oriented roles)
Excellent soft skills
communication, empathy, motivation, trust Understanding of SDLC, system architecture, and backend/frontend/DevOps technologies Fluent English; international experience Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) Mentoring, performance reviews, feedback, career planning Conflict resolution, interpersonal challenges Proactive, accountable, team-oriented Hybrid work: 2 days/week in Gdańsk Technical recruitment experience is a plus What do we offer?
