Ready to start your career in airfreight? As an Office Agent, you'll be responsible for the documentary handling of cargo and mail, ensuring smooth and accurate processing under professional supervision. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our unique and rewarding environment! Tasks The Cargo Documentation Agent / Administrative Support is responsible for: Documentary Acceptances Shipment Data Capture Prioritization of Export Build-up and Import Breakdown Preparation of Export and Import documentation (Manifest, AWBs) Handling of irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages) Preparation NOTOC Close out flight Handling of irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages) Customer contact (Notify customer) Hand over AWB and Docs to customer Debit charges
- Participate in other duties as assigned Requirements To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications: High school diploma/GED desirable Professional experience desirable Fluency in English language required Computer skills as user Good cost consciousness
