Job Title: Investment Banking Intern (M&A) - Brazil Corporate Title: Investment Banking Intern Location: São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil Overview Our Investment Banking Capital Markets business provides the full range of investment banking products and services for large-cap and mid-cap corporates and financial sponsors. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Students of Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related courses Morning shift students Expected to graduate in December 2028

• Strong knowledge of Corporate Finance Macroeconomic knowledge Detail oriented and reliable with focus on high-quality deliverables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend its validity Self-directed, highly motivated, and ability to work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet tight deadlines Working proficiency in English, both verbal and written Technical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point

Job Responsibilities

• Assist on the preparation of detailed materials for pitches and M&A transactions
• Perform industry and company specific research, and strategic analysis
• Support the execution of M&A transactions Interact with the team on many internal and external demands How You’ll Lead Experience in working with all levels of the team maintaining confidentiality Leadership skills with the capacity to take initiative
• Create a positive, effective work environment conducive to open communications, taking initiatives, and collaborative problem-solving team culture
