Responsibilities

You will:

• Ensures that full life cycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs contracted according to the service level agreement
• Coordinates the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations and provides complex metrics and reporting support to all relevant stakeholders Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement
• Identifies opportunities for growth and innovation
• Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the customer experience and relationships

Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirement A Strong foundation in the major OS such as Windows, Linux, Openshift and VMWare. Exposure to Nvidia products such as BCM and Spectrum Switches will be a big advantage. Knowledge in Dell Backup products such as Networker, PPDM and Data Domain will be big advantage.

Knowledge in Kubernetes will be a big advantage and capability to perform hardware installation will be an added advantage. Good communication and presentation skills and strong command in both English and Bahasa Indonesia communication. Flexibility in performing tasks out of office hours. Desirable Requirements 7-8 years of strong exposure in project deployment or management of enterprise infrastructures. Exposure in the deployment of DellEMC products such as PowerMax, Powerstore, Powerscale, Connectrix, Poweredge, GenAi, Dell Networking Switches (L2) and ECS.
