Responsibilities

What you’ll achieve As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will help deploy world-class solutions for our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our technology, delivery processes and customers’ priorities.

You will:

• Coordinate with our technical solution team members to meet customer needs.
• Proactively identify potential issues and drive resolution to avoid customer impact; facilitating continuous improvement.

Here’s what we are looking for with this role:

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and troubleshoot enterprise level hardware/software AI data center solutions. Subject matter expert in key technology areas including server, storage, and networking Adherence in established organizational common practices and delivery methodologies

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

Ability to travel to customer locations with a flexible schedule - support business needs 24x7 including weekends as required Ability to lift/carry weight up to 50 lbs.

• Strong written and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong experience with: Networking and Networking protocols Layer 2 & Layer 3 switching Experience with AI deployments preferred SANs including iSCSI and Fiber Channel Hyper-Converged Infrastructure experience a plus High Performance Cluster experience a plus

Desirable Requirements

• 10+ years of related industry experience with bachelor’s degree or equivalent Industry certifications desired (CCNA,CCNP, Nvidia Certifications, etc.) Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
