Essential Requirements

8+ years of related experience Knowledge of product assortment management and pricing strategies. Ability to analyze performance metrics and recommend actions. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Excel and merchandising tools. Desirable Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; certification in retail analytics.
