Senior Manager, Vendor Operations and Performance

Partner closely with local and regional commercial teams to optimize vendor health, efficiency, and overall satisfaction. Collaborate with local markets to understand local nuances and tailor performance strategies to optimize vendor onboarding, retention, and engagement strategies, to ensure seamless vendor experience Analyze key performance metrics to identify underperforming vendors, develop rehabilitation plans, and implement structured solutions.

Work with front-end and back-end product teams to ensure a balance between ad revenue, vendor experience, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in consulting or strategy-related roles, vendor operations/onboarding, performance management, or program management, preferably in food delivery, e-commerce, FMCG, or technology. Demonstrated ability to operate independently with strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills to break down complex problems and design scalable solution Proven expertise in vendor performance management, including scaling operations, driving efficiency, and improving marketplace dynamics.

Highly analytical mindset – Ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional stakeholder management & cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence product, operations, and market teams
