Contractual Strategy
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and advise stakeholders on contract-related matters.
Advanced Legal Research & Advisory
Provide legal assessments requested by regional office or local stakeholders from time to time.
Corporate Secretarial Management
Preparation of board resolutions, annual declarations to the Ministry of Commerce, and ensure compliance with the Law on Commercial Enterprises.
Legal Operations & Process Improvement
Identify and implement process improvements for the local legal function.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Law or a related legal discipline Minimum
- 3 years of professional experience in legal and compliance roles Comprehensive knowledge of Lao legal and regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial and legal agreements under Lao law
- Proven ability to assess legal and compliance risks with precision and develop robust solutions within the Lao context
- Proficiency in standardizing agreement frameworks and Service Level Agreements across multiple agreement categories Advanced analytical capabilities to evaluate legal matters and provide strategic counsel to organizational stakeholders Fluency in written and spoken English
