Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to Relationship Managers in managing affluent client portfolios. Assist in the seamless execution of wealth management transactions, including investment products, insurance, and treasury services. Facilitate client onboarding, account maintenance, and conduct regular Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reviews in compliance with regulatory standards.

Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving operational issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal product specialists and support teams to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence. Assist in preparing portfolio reports, market updates, and presentation materials for client meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline. Proven experience in financial services, wealth management, or retail banking support roles. Possession of relevant financial advisory and investment certifications is highly advantageous. Sound understanding of wealth management products, financial markets, and banking compliance regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Proficiency in banking systems and standard office productivity software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
