Business Function Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

• Acquire credit card or other banking business proactively to achieve sales target through the following locations: Pre-selected Corporation’s office by Product & Marketing or Management referrals. Bank branches
• Assist customers in completing credit card application via Card + Channel / designated devices and advise customer to provide required documents
• Explain credit card features or other banking products/services to potential customers
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure efficient end-to-end application process
• Conduct sales activities in compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements Requirements High school graduate (HKCEE/HKDSE) or equivalent
• Minimum one year of experience in banking or financial institutions, with sales or customer service experience preferred Proactive, persistent, and possess strong sales acumen Customer-centric with excellent communication skills Good awareness of compliance and company guidelines
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese Professional Banker qualification from the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers is preferred Location: Two Harbour Square Job: Product Sales Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
