Business Function Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. This is done through strategic focus on training and improving staff capability, empowerment, productivity, teamwork, innovation & technology, managing operational risks & strongly collaborating with our business partners in delivering excellent RED service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process trade finance transactions, including letters of credit (LC) issuance and amendments, import/export document checking, and bills processing and settlements
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions in compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk control standards
• Provide support for end-to-end trade finance operations, contributing to the efficient and effective delivery of services to clients Requirements Minimum 1-5 years of experience in trade finance operations or a related field Basic to good knowledge of trade finance products (e.g.

LC, Bills, Guarantees)

• Familiarity with UCP600 / ISBP is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Good awareness of operational risk and control requirements
• Proficient in using relevant trade finance systems and applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
