Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of the branch to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence. Drive the branch's financial performance, sales targets, and customer acquisition strategies within the Consumer Banking Group. Coach, mentor, and motivate branch staff to foster a high-performance culture and support career development. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, risk management frameworks, and internal compliance policies.

Resolve complex customer issues effectively to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute strategic distribution initiatives and business growth plans.

Requirements

Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within retail banking or consumer financial services. Demonstrated track record of driving sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence. In-depth knowledge of consumer banking products, wealth management, and financial regulatory standards. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
