In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Job Objective To collaborate with business stakeholders, manage end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects within the consumer banking domain, and provide subject matter expertise in credit card and unsecured lending systems to drive efficiency and compliance.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate daily with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications. Manage and drive the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent technology projects within the consumer banking domain. Oversee vendor management, including evaluating vendor deliverables, managing service level agreements, and coordinating system integration activities.

Lead the analysis, implementation, and testing of compliance requirements for major card schemes, including Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. Provide subject matter expertise in credit card and unsecured lending systems to support system design, troubleshooting, and post-implementation reviews. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system deployment.

Job Requirements

Over 10 years of professional experience in business analysis within the credit card and unsecured lending domain. Proven hands-on experience in managing and delivering multiple complex technology projects simultaneously. Deep system knowledge and practical experience with VisionPlus and 3DS online payment platforms. Demonstrated experience in handling compliance items and operational regulations for Visa, Mastercard, and Amex card schemes.

Strong track record of daily stakeholder engagement and external vendor management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and structured project management capabilities within consumer banking technology.
