Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to grow the customer's portfolio
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall branch's performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
