Business Function Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of middle-market corporate clients, driving revenue growth through the cross-selling of banking products, including treasury, cash management, trade, and capital markets. Originate new client relationships and identify business opportunities within the middle-market segment to expand market share. Structure credit facilities and prepare comprehensive credit proposals, ensuring robust risk management and adherence to regulatory and internal standards.

Monitor portfolio credit quality, conduct regular credit reviews, and proactively manage credit risks and account conduct. Collaborate closely with internal product partners and stakeholders to deliver customized financial solutions that meet clients' business objectives.

Requirements

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in corporate banking or relationship management, with a focus on the middle-market segment. Strong credit analytical and structuring skills, with a deep understanding of corporate financial statements and cash flow analysis. Solid knowledge of commercial banking products, including trade finance, cash management, and treasury solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives and internal stakeholders.
