Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote a comprehensive range of consumer banking products. Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators established by the business unit. Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions. Ensure all sales transactions and customer engagements strictly adhere to regulatory standards, compliance guidelines, and internal bank policies.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales pipelines within the customer relationship management system.

Requirements

Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or direct sales, preferably within the financial services industry. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to engage customers effectively over the phone. Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
