Key Responsibilities

• Grow income and franchise value.
• Maximize return from the relationship profile by cross selling and promoting the products and services of the Bank.
• Perform timely Account Opening procedure (include CDD & Trigger Event) and Post monitoring (AML control), ensuring adherence to prevailing laws and banking regulations.
• Increase Customer Satisfaction.

Experience

1. 5 - 8 years' relevant experience in commercial banking businesses, preferably with exposure in marketing, relationship management. 2. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. 3. Customer-oriented and self-motivated. 4. Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese.

• Related industry knowledge.
• Familiar with China policies and regulations.
