Responsibilities

Provide administrative and sales support to Relationship Managers to facilitate client acquisition and relationship maintenance. Assist in executing client transactions, account opening, and financial portfolio reviews accurately. Address client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Adhere to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal bank policies. Coordinate with internal product partners and operations teams to resolve service issues.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Finance, or a related discipline. Proven experience in a client-facing or support role within wealth management or consumer banking. Strong knowledge of banking products, operational procedures, and financial regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Relevant regulatory licensing or certifications are highly advantageous.
