- 客戶來電接聽並處理信用卡挽留。
- 解決客戶於信用卡商品等相關問題和要求。
- 公司各項專案外撥活動通知。 資格
- 大學或專科(含)以上畢業。
- 一年以上銀行客戶服務或其他產業電話客戶服務經驗尤佳。
熟悉電腦操作, 例如
- Word, Excel, power point, line, app…等。
- 具備良好的客戶溝通技巧且EQ佳。
