After two successful editions, we are excited to launch the third edition of our Return to Work Fellowship —designed to empower talented women ready to restart and redefine their careers. If you’re a mid to senior-level professional looking to transition back into the workforce, this program offers a structured pathway to rebuild momentum, confidence, and impact. As part of this experience, you will work on strategic projects / assignments across the bank and gain valuable exposure.

Program Duration

The program will run for 24 weeks Eligibility Criteria: This program is designed for women who have been on a career break of six months or more.

For the 2026 edition, the program will be offered in Mumbai, Delhi/Gurgaon and Bangalore We welcome motivated candidates from diverse professional backgrounds.
