Operations Officer in Property Sales and Financing (+possible Danish language allowance bonus)

Job description

Ready to become a specialist in Danish property sales loans? You will join our Property Sales and Financing team to support customers through their property buying and selling journey. This role offers guided training, mentorship, and the chance to build valuable banking sector knowledge in an international environment.

What you will be doing

You will be part of strong Property Sales and Financing team that handles various tasks when Danske Bank customers sell properties in Denmark. Working closely with advisors and colleagues across different markets, you will contribute to maintaining service standards while continuously learning new processes and participating in both local and global projects.

Your main responsibilities will include: Process various transactions and documentation for private customers in the Danish market. Communicate daily with advisors and colleagues in English across different time zones. Handle emails, in some cases phone calls and documents, taking appropriate actions based on content. Maintain high-quality service standards that enhance customer experience. Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize operations.

About you

Previous back office or administrative work experience in financial services or similar field would be an advantage, but is not required (we value curiosity, willingness to learn, ownership, and an analytical approach above prior technical expertise). Strong communication abilities with attention to detail. Quick learner who adapts effectively to new systems and processes. Team -oriented approach with focus on delivering quality work on time.

Ability to assume responsibility while maintaining customer -first mindset. Good Lithuanian and English language skills in both written and spoken communication. Higher education or final year student able to work full-time. Danish language skills would be valuable, with potential for a language bonus depending on proficiency level.

Monthly salary range from 1520 EUR to 2280 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
