Senior Consultant, Go-to-Market and Pricing Implementation

Shape how Transaction Banking brings commercial initiatives to life. You will own end-to-end pricing implementation, turning approved strategies into customer value and measurable business growth. Join a team that sits at the heart of strategic commercial execution. What you will be doing As the end-to-end owner of pricing and commercial initiatives, you will bridge strategy and execution across Transaction Banking. Working with Product Management, Sales, Customer Capabilities and senior leadership, you will ensure commercial opportunities translate into measurable business outcomes and revenue growth.

Furthermore, you will:

• Drive pricing implementation from approval through launch and post-launch review
• Coordinate complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and departments
• Facilitate pricing decision desks and prepare materials for senior management
• Ensure launch readiness across technical setup, communication and internal activation
• Lead product launches and commercial activation initiatives
• Build scalable processes for delivering commercial initiatives organisation-wide About you Experience driving complex projects or go-to-market activities across stakeholders
• Strong project management approach combined with commercial understanding Comfortable working with data and insights for decision-making and tracking Skilled at engaging senior stakeholders and facilitating decision discussions Analytical mindset balanced with pragmatic execution abilities Curious and motivated by creating measurable business outcomes Financial services or consulting experience would be valuable but is not essential.
