What you will be doing You will join our Corporate Channels team, developing data-driven solutions that empower customers through enhanced self-service and channel capabilities.

Working with dedicated and collaborative colleagues, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, partner with engineers and product teams, and continuously assess emerging technologies to create scalable, secure solutions aligned with compliance requirements.

• Define and implement data science strategies for Generative AI initiatives Fine-tune and customise pre-trained Generative AI models for specific objectives Integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing systems for business value
• Assess and improve AI solutions by identifying biases and quality challenges
• Design and manage frameworks for experiment tracking and model evaluation
• Analyse complex datasets to uncover insights for business decisions
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in AI About you Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field 5-7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI solution development Familarity with prompt engineering, LLM, conversational AI and AI Agents Experience with Generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, and data modelling techniques
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages with ML frameworks
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools and techniques for stakeholder communication
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional team.

Additional experience with large-scale AI/ML systems in regulated industries, building AI/ML community relationships, or developing AI-based co-pilot systems would be valuable.

Monthly salary range from 4960 EUR to 7440 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
