Senior AI Engineer

Job description

Define and drive the overall AI strategy, framework, and application roadmap for Beckman Coulter Life Sciences. Identify and prioritize AI use cases aligned with customer needs and business value across automation systems, flow cytometry platforms, and centrifugation solutions. Lead external AI technology scouting, evaluation, and partner onboarding through Open Innovation models and integrate the external AI capabilities into Beckman Coulter products, systems, and customer workflows.

Collaborate closely with internal R&D, product management, marketing, application, and service teams to ensure successful solution deployment. Support customer adoption of AI solutions to improve efficiency, data quality, and decision-making outcomes. Build and manage long-term collaborations with AI technology companies, research institutions, and academic partners. Join our winning team today.
