We are looking for a talented School to Work

• Manufacturing ( Gearing ) student to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fletcher, NC . _*This position will be on-site in Fletcher, NC_ .

This is an onsite role to assist the Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems plant Gearing team with a variety of projects. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Education

• For the Fletcher SHOP STW program, current students attending BlueRidge Community College , and enrolled in a CNC Machining or related program are highly encouraged to apply.
• This is an onsite position. Work schedule can vary as needed to accommodate the student's regular school schedule.

Experience

• Request that successful candidate work a routine schedule up to the STW limit of up to 40 hours per week. There is room for flexibility when needed.
• Successful applicant will be working onsite hours supporting Gearing at the CDBS in Fletcher, NC.
