We’re looking for technology professionals with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and agile delivery, who are interested in being considered for future roles located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México .

Hybrid role

3 days on site, 2 days home office.

What We Are Looking For

We are interested in professionals with experience in one or more of the following: +

Software Development

Java, .NET, Python, Front-End/Full Stack +

Infrastructure & Cloud

AWS, Azure, GCP, networking, servers, DevOps

Backup & Recovery

• Commvault, Veeam, or similar tools +

ERP & Systems

Oracle, SAP, enterprise applications

Cybersecurity

• vulnerability analysis, identity management, compliance

Data & Analytics

• SQL, Power BI, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Informatica Cloud +

Technical Support & IT Operations

Service Desk, systems administration, troubleshooting

Agile Roles

• _Scrum Master_ , Agile Coach, sprint ceremonies facilitation, cross-functional team guidance, agile metrics tracking +

IT & Project Management Tools

Jira, ServiceNow or similar platforms Desired Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields
• Solid professional experience in IT or Agile environments
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Results-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
• Adaptability to global, fast-paced technology environments
• Advanced English
