• Study the market to find new business opportunities and understand where growth is possible.
• Understand customer needs & help build strong, long-term relationships.
• Suggest the right products and solutions by matching customer needs with what the company offers.
• Grow the business through dealers and distributors by selecting, training, and supporting their sales teams. Qualification & Certification (if applicable) § Graduate or higher § Academically throughout 60% & above Experience § Relevant Sales experience
• Territory Sales Manager Karnataka Communication & Language Proficiency § Good communication skills (Written and Oral)
• English and Local language Computer Skills § Proficient in MS Office Communication & Language Proficiency § Strong written and verbal communication skills § Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with others Core Competencies/Skill/Any other attribute relevant to the role § Strong interpersonal skills and assertiveness § Well-spoken, excellent active listening skills § Channel Management experience § Commitment to ethical behavior with a vow to adhere to organization’s policies
