Functional Analyst III, Sitetracker

Job description

This role will partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into effective Salesforce and SiteTracker solutions; gather, analyze, and document both functional and technical requirements to support project objectives; configure, customize, and enhance the SiteTracker platform built on Salesforce, ensuring solutions align with business processes and user needs. The role will collaborate closely with Business, QA, and Development teams throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment.

Additionally, provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for continuous platform improvement and optimization.
