We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Training Coordination Intern to join our Global Service Center team in Bratislava.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure our training programs run smoothly, and our employees have a seamless learning experience.

What We Offer

Attendance Management: Downloading attendance lists and coordinating their distribution to training providers.

System Administration

Confirming training participation within the Workday system to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Participant Support

Sending out training course invitations, distributing certificates of completion, and handling follow-up communications.

Team Support

Assisting with various training organization activities and special projects based on current team priorities. The salary on this position is 6 EUR per hour.

What You Offer

Current university student with an interest in HR or administrative management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable team player with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
