Job description

Job Description

Shape the Future of EV Charging as an Associate Product Manager Want to help shape the future of EV charging? At Circle K, we’re making it easier for people to choose electric mobility. We are now looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our eMobility team in Oslo with professional experience, a strong analytical mindset, and exposure to product-led ways of working. This is a role for someone who can structure complexity, work well with data, and contribute to an empowered, outcome-driven product environment.

In this role, you’ll help develop digital products and services that make EV charging simpler and better for our customers. You’ll work with colleagues across product, technology and business, turning customer needs and insights into improvements that people can actually use. You do not need to have all the answers from day one. We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical and eager to learn — and who wants the opportunity to make an impact in a fast-growing area.

You’ll be part of an international environment, working on solutions with the potential to reach customers across Europe and North America.

What You'll Do

Own Problems, Not Just Tasks: Take ownership of clearly defined customer and business problems, not only the activities needed to solve them. You will help frame opportunities, clarify assumptions, and connect day-to-day work to measurable outcomes.

Turn Data into Product Insight

Work actively with product, customer, and business data to understand performance, identify trends, test assumptions, and surface opportunities. You will be expected to bring strong analytical thinking and translate data into clear recommendations for the team.

Champion Customer Value

Build a deep understanding of charging journeys, customer needs, pain points, and behaviors through continuous discovery. Turn insights into priorities that improve the charging experience and create value for both customers and the business.

Drive Business Outcomes

Use data, market insight, and product judgement to help prioritize work that creates measurable value. You will support decisions that improve performance, reduce friction, and help us scale better charging experiences across markets.

Bridge Discovery and Delivery

Help connect customer-facing opportunities with the product, design, technology, and operational capabilities needed to deliver them. You will clarify dependencies, document decisions, and support effective follow-through across the team.

Lead with Collaboration

Partner with product, engineering, design, commercial, operations, and other stakeholders. Build trust through clear communication, structured thinking, reliable follow-through, and an ability to move work forward without relying on formal authority.

Embrace Continuous Learning

Use customer feedback, analytics, experimentation, and team reflection to learn quickly and reduce risk. You will adapt based on evidence, ask good questions, and help the team make better decisions over time. What could make you a great fit Professional experience with product exposure: You have relevant professional experience from a product environment.

Customer curiosity

You want to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points, and are comfortable asking questions before jumping to solutions.

Strong analytical capability

You are very comfortable working with data, structuring information, identifying patterns, and translating analysis into clear recommendations. You can connect product work to customer behavior, business outcomes, and measurable goals.

Clear and dependable communication

You communicate clearly with your immediate team, document decisions and actions, follow through on commitments, and raise issues when needed.

Collaborative approach

You enjoy working with people across product, design, engineering, commercial, and operations, and contribute positively to shared team goals.

Product judgement and learning mindset

You are motivated to strengthen your product craft and judgement over time, while already bringing the maturity to take ownership, seek feedback, learn from evidence, and improve how the team works.

EV charging interest

Experience from EV charging, mobility, energy, retail, or digital products is a plus, but not required.

Oslo-based

This position is based in Oslo. You must be able to work closely and regularly with the product team and key stakeholders there. We are looking for someone with professional maturity, analytical strength, and a strong motivation to build product expertise in a fast-moving industry. If this sounds exciting, you can work from our Oslo office, and you want to create measurable impact in electric mobility, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every point.

Why Join Us? Develop your product management career with meaningful responsibility, strong support, and room to grow your craft. Work in empowered, cross-functional teams with experienced colleagues across product, design, engineering, commercial, and operations. Contribute to products that solve real customer and business problems in electric mobility. Help build the future of mobility across Europe and North America for customers, the business, and society.

Ready to grow with us? Apply now and help shape the future of EV charging. If you have questions, please reach out to Anne Marit Rørholt Vigerust.
